Slow lorises are nocturnal animals that, as their name suggests, move very slowly. They have large eyes that allow them to see well even in dark environments. They live in trees and have strong hands that can grip branches firmly. They secrete a toxic substance near their elbows to protect themselves.

As its name suggests, it moves very slowly to evade predators. It is the only primate that mixes secretions from near its armpits with saliva to produce venom.

20cm ~ 40cm

Although it varies by species, it is usually slightly larger than an adult’s palm. It is characterized by a tail that is so short it is barely visible.
