Tickets that have expired cannot be used.
You can use the ticket within the validity period or receive a refund at the place of purchase.

Advance online ticket purchases are available via PC and mobile.

However, separate admission reservations are not available, and online ticket purchasers must exchange their tickets for physical tickets at the on-site ticket office or kiosk.

Zoolungzoolung is a place to interact and meet animal friends.

Please note that to ensure the safety of first-time visitors who are unfamiliar with the environment, each branch has different policies regarding solo entry.
(For upper elementary school students entering alone, a guardian consent form must be completed at the on-site ticket office.)

Available for first visit from 4th grade elementary school and above

Available from 4th grade of elementary school and above

In principle, re-entry is not permitted after exiting.
However, if you have exceptional circumstances, please exit briefly with the approval of a zoolung man (staff) and re-enter immediately.

Life Guardians (professional zookeepers) operate a management system to minimize stress on the animals and ensure their health, doing their utmost for animal welfare.

The animals at zoolungzoolung receive regular vaccinations and care.
We restrict entry of pets because they may expose the animals at zoolungzoolung to external diseases.

Due to issues such as animal diseases and hygiene, you may only feed the animals food provided and sold by Zoolungzoolung.
Feeding interaction is possible at a set time and with a set food, following the instructions.

Strollers are not allowed inside, but a stroller storage area is available.

We ask for your understanding for the convenience of our customers and to prevent accidents.

There is a storage area for items and strollers.

For the hygiene and safety of our animal friends, bringing in outside food is restricted. (Baby food and special diets are permitted.)

Free parking, no time limit

Hanam branch
Free parking for up to 5 hours. Parking registration is available at the exit of the merchandise shop on the 2nd floor.

Yeongdeungpo branch
Free parking for up to 3 hours. Parking registration is available at the exit of the merchandise shop on the 5th floor.

Dongtan branch
Parking is free for up to 3 hours. Parking registration is available at the 4th-floor entrance upon entry.
