Hello, this is Sangkeum from the Service Operations Team at Zoolungzoolung Dongtan Branch, responsible for creating happy memories for our customers!
From children to adults, we are meticulously taking care of everything on-site, from flow and guidance to events, to ensure that the time spent at Zoolungzoolung becomes a “memory you want to recall again.”
Zoolungzoolung Dongtan Branch features distinct charms on its 4th and 5th floors.
On the 4th floor, you’ll find mammals and reptiles.
It’s a space where you can naturally bond with these animal friends by interacting directly through feeding!
When you go up to the 5th floor, a completely different atmosphere unfolds.
Sharks, tropical fish, and penguins welcome you at eye level, and there are photo zones set up throughout the area, making it a great place to capture special moments with family, friends, or your significant other.
The cafe also offers a relaxing space where you can take a leisurely break while enjoying delicious food and refreshing drinks.
Having worked at Zoolungzoolung for a long time, I have received the gift of wonderful energy from so many customers.
From young children greeting me with a smile as they enter, to grandfathers politely saying “Thank you,” and even the families who thanked me for gifting them a family photo…
As each day passes, I feel that I am receiving even greater happiness.
I will continue to share these gifts with sincerity so that everyone visiting the Dongtan branch can feel those memories of laughter and happiness I have received from our customers two or three times over 🙂
