  • Red fox, Silver fox

    A fox with red fur is called a “red fox,” while one with darker fur is called a “silver fox.” They are very curious and always have to touch anything that piques their interest; they also love to play pranks. However, they are also quite timid by nature. They have excellent vision, sense of smell, and hearing, and are highly intelligent, often outwitting humans and hunting dogs. They can run at speeds of up to 50 km/h, jump over obstacles 2 meters high, and swim.

  • Leopard Gecko

    The leopard gecko is a small lizard with a pattern resembling that of a leopard. It earned this name because it approaches its prey slowly and pounces from behind, much like a leopard. A distinctive feature that sets them apart from other lizards is that they have eyelids, allowing them to blink. They store fat in their tails for use when needed, which is why their tails tend to be plump.

  • Ball Python

    When a ball python feels threatened, it has a tendency to coil its body into a ball-like shape. This behavioral trait is where the name “ball” python comes from. They are non-venomous and do not move much except when acting defensively. Their patterns and colors vary widely, so each individual has a unique appearance.

  • Veiled Chameleon

    With its helmet-like head, it’s also known as the “helmet chameleon,” and it uses its head to pool blood and lower its body temperature. It scans its surroundings with eyes that can rotate 360 degrees, then quickly shoots out its long, sticky tongue to catch insects. See if you can spot the master of hide-and-seek, the veiled chameleon! However, it might get startled if you approach too quickly, so please approach slowly.

Travelers, are you having a wonderful day today? As Zoolungman, I am starting my day with a heart full of excitement!

A day spent with cute and wonderful animal friends—how could I not be excited?

Travelers, have you found an animal friend that you absolutely love at Zoolung Zoolung?

Fish might feel a little unfamiliar compared to familiar animals like capybaras or penguins, but

our fish friends are actually very smart and possess a charming cuteness.

The moment they quietly gaze at us through the glass walls of the tank and make eye contact, we feel a connection with one another.

Zoolungzoolung is a place where Zoolungman, you, and the animal friends are all the main characters.

So, it would be a shame to leave out the fish friends, wouldn’t it?

I will show you all the charms of our fish friends at the Dongtan branch’s ‘Aqua Class’ ecology presentation. Let’s make sure to meet!
