Zoolungzoolung~! I’m Max Leader, the manager of the service operations and merchandise shop!
I’ve been working with products for a while now, and I’ve always found it soothing to look at the merchandise I’ve arranged neatly on the shelves. When customers purchase the items I’ve personally curated, I feel a deep sense of pride that fuels my passion for this job.
To introduce my main responsibilities:
I plan and arrange displays at eye level so that customers can meet and interact with various animal friends amidst all the cute merchandise. I also come up with special concepts to effectively showcase products that fit specific themes.

I have some special friends I really want to introduce to you!
They are the Zoolung Friends characters: Baba, Coco, Sandy, and Lazy.
These friends are a group of cute fairy characters—a capybara, a toco toucan, a desert fox, and a sloth—
and they’re all special friends with their own unique personalities and charms.

One day, a young traveler came up to me and asked for help picking out a souvenir.
Seeing how cute they looked while trying to decide what to choose, I showed them a variety of items.
I showed them everything from stuffed animals and sparkly keychains to fun notebooks.
After thinking it over carefully, the young traveler chose the capybara stuffed animal, “Baba” from the Zoolung Friends series!
They looked so happy, and I felt incredibly proud that the capybara stuffed animal had captured their heart.
It was just a small moment, but the memory of that young traveler will stay with me for a long time.
